BUGS

• We have fixed a PHP error that occurred when creating a new DTI Naviga service. (SUBSCRIPTN-557494)

• We have fixed an issue where renewal notice emails were incorrectly sent due to a SQL exception. Logic has been added to prevent emails from being triggered when a SQL error occurs during renewal processing. (SUBSCRIPTN-557529)

This release also makes minor infrastructure changes that should not be noticeable to admin or front-end users.
