In this release of BLOX Core (version 1.87.0), we are introducing support to update caption for the Batch Edit tool, making improvements to ReCAPTCHA Enterprise, making improvements to prevent duplicate messages through Notifier, plus several bug fixes.
FEATURES
You can now apply a single caption to multiple image assets using the Batch Edit tool saving time and reducing manual entry. (TNCMS-555680)
IMPROVEMENTS
We've improved our ReCAPTCHA Enterprise integration to strengthen security and fraud prevention across the platform. (TNCMS-555587)
To avoid duplicate messages from sending through Notifier, the Send button will now be temporarily disabled while a message is being processed. This prevents multiple submissions caused by repeated clicks. (TNCMS-555753)
For partners with Total CMS, the Print Placement Priority field is now available in the asset editor for Image and PDF assets. Previously, this field was only available for Article assets. This update ensures consistent print workflow support across all asset types that include a Print tab. The priority value is now also included in web services, aligning with how it is handled for articles. (TNCMS-555401)
You can now schedule and send Notifier messages from a hub site to linked, external, sites restoring flexibility and reducing manual steps for distributed content workflows. When the new hub privilege is enabled, the Notifier interface is streamlined to reflect the hub's role, disabling local message search, editing, and channel management. (TNCMS-555572)
Within Editorial, users can now craft and schedule Notifier messages for linked sites directly from the asset’s Notifier tab, provided the asset is saved and properly tagged.
A new “Update Remote Accounts” button allows hub sites to sync eligible social accounts and channels from linked sites. Scheduled messages will be staged or sent based on timing and appear in the Notifier application of the destination site. This enhancement reduces manual coordination, reintroduces scheduling control, and improves operational efficiency for sites using BLOX in a multi-site environment. Removing the hub privilege restores the standard Notifier behavior without data loss.

BUGS
Resolved an issue where the Teaser image editor was incorrectly loading the cropped version of an image instead of the original image. This prevented users from properly updating the crop. (TNCMS-555762)
Resolved an issue where the frontend sent incorrect validation requests when setting "Archive time" in Automations. (TNCMS-555794)
This release also makes minor infrastructure changes that should not be noticeable to admin or front-end users.
