The Secure Wallet is part of a new suite of Premium Credit Card Management features in Audience+.
In this major release of BLOX Subscription, we are adding support for a Secure Wallet (Beta) and support to measure stopped accounts.Â
NEW FEATURES
We have added a new Secure Wallet (Beta) feature within Blox Subscription that stores credit card tokens for easier renewal. When a user purchases a subscription, the card will automatically be added to the user’s wallet and become the default payment method. In cases where a user has a stored default card but is not an active subscriber, the user can purchase a new subscription by selecting the stored card.
The Secure Wallet (beta) is part of a new suite of Premium Credit Card Management features in Audience+, including Automated Credit Card Updater (Beta), more choices of payment gateways, and improved self-serve options for end users.
Additional fees apply. To be considered for these beta programs, please submit a support ticket. Please note, certain prerequisites need to be met as well, including a live installation of Audience+ and One-page purchase. (SUBSCRIPTN-556842)
Significant improvements have been made to Subscription admin to identify stopped accounts and manage subscriber cancellations.Â
The Subscriptions admin has been modified to explicitly identify stopped accounts (recurring transactions that failed), an easier way to cancel accounts, and we have added cancel reasons that can be assigned by an agent.
A new filter will appear at the top of the Subscription admin panel that displays the choices Starts, Stops and View All. By clicking Stops, you’ll see a filtered view of transactions that should have renewed, but churned instead.
We also added support to make canceling a subscription easier. When you click on a transaction entry within the admin, you’ll see a new CANCEL button on the bottom-left corner. Clicking this button will open a dialog box with a dropdown of cancel reasons and a free-form notes field:

Users with canceled transactions will continue to be granted access until their expired date, but they will not auto-renew. Existing cancelation reasons will continue to be applied automatically by the system for credit card renewal failure. (SUBSCRIPTN-982)
