• V4 player - Skipping preroll causes GA4 events to not fire (VMS-2352)

  Fixed an issue where skipping skippable preroll caused the GA4 video events (video_start and video_progress) to not fire.

• API - Should not be able to create events with invalid streams (VMS-2347)

  Fixed an issue where the API could create events with invalid stream IDs. Now returns a 403 error with a message indicating the stream ID must be valid.

This release also makes minor infrastructure changes that should not be noticeable to admin or front-end users.
