We are very excited to announce a completely redesigned, re-imagined and refreshed interface for our BLOX Go! mobile admin. This interface allows mobile journalists to do work in the field, using the convenience and portability of a smartphone.
From within the BLOX Go! admin, you can:
Create new articles
Add flags, keywords and other tags
Batch upload photos and videos (together!) directly from your smartphoneÂ
Search and edit existing articles
Use the phone's geo-location data to add location information to the article
Edit or change metadata related to photos and videos
Post breaking news
Make corrections or updates to existing stories

The new BLOX GO! mobile admin uses Google's Material Design user interface components. The new interface works well on a mobile device, and is familiar and easy to use for anyone experienced with web applications. Material design is a "visual language for users that synthesizes the classic principles of good design and the possibility of technology and science."
In this version, we are implementing the new design interface while maintaining feature parity with our previous design. We plan to greatly expand the functionality in the coming months.
