The "Followed Notification" feature allows readers to sign up for topics they are interested in and get daily emails about those topics. This is a popular feature to increase engagement and bring readers back to your site more frequently.

This option is now available at the top of certain blocks. This allows readers to "follow" those blocks, and get email notifications whenever new content is available in that block.
