Cleaner Titles in iTunes Feeds

Video status is no longer appended to episode titles in iTunes feed output. Titles now display exactly as entered. (FLD59-2432)

Bugs

Fixed an issue where recordings skipped by the recording queue would never be rescheduled, causing subsequent scheduled recordings for that event to be missed. (FLD59-2086)

Fixed an issue where searching for events returned duplicate entries for recurring events. (FLD59-2447)

Fixed an issue where a video push to YouTube requested during ingest could fail to complete. (FLD59-2500)

Fixed an issue where trimming a video could fail during transcoding when an associated caption file was unavailable. (FLD59-2501)
